The refund and return policy lasts for 30 days.
If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a refund, your product must be unopened and in the same condition as when you received it.
It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are excluded from the refund. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are household or sanitary items, hazardous materials or flammable liquids or gases.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned product. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then the refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.
Delayed or non-refunds
If you have not yet received a refund, please check your bank account again first. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before the refund is officially published. Then contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is published. If you have done all this and you have not yet received your refund, please contact us at our email address.
Sale items
Refunds are only allowed on regular priced products. Discounted items cannot be returned.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you want to exchange it for the same item, send us an email to our email address and send your item to our address.
Missions & Returns
To return your product, you must mail your product to our address.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for the exchanged product to arrive may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you can use a trackable shipping service or buy shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned product.
